Your message is on its way.

Thanks for reaching out — we received your inquiry and will be in touch within one business day to schedule your free discovery call.

Here's exactly what to expect

No black boxes. You'll know what we're doing and when at every step of the process.

Done

Inquiry submitted

We received your details — company info, current setup, pain points, and what you're hoping to achieve. That context lets us make our first call genuinely productive instead of spending it on basics.

Within 1 business day

We review your inquiry

We read every submission personally. We'll review your situation, take notes on the areas where we can help most, and come to our first call with a clear perspective — not a blank slate.

Within 1–2 business days

We reach out to schedule

You'll receive an email from inquiries@handshaketechnologypartners.com with a few proposed times to connect. We work around your schedule — calls typically run 30–45 minutes.

Discovery call

Free 30–45 minute discovery call

This is a real conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll dig into your environment, ask questions, and give you our honest read on where things stand. You'll leave with clarity, whether or not we end up working together.

After the call

You receive a clear proposal

If there's a fit, we'll follow up with a written proposal: scope of work, timeline, and investment — no vague estimates, no hidden fees. You'll have everything you need to make an informed decision.

When you're ready

We get to work

Once you give the green light, we hit the ground running. You'll always have direct access to your consultant — not a support queue — and you'll know exactly what we're doing and why.

How to get the most from your discovery call

No homework required — but if you want to hit the ground running, here are a few things worth having handy.

Know your Microsoft 365 licensing tier

Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, or E3/E5 — if you're not sure, a screenshot of your admin portal works fine.

Rough headcount and device count

How many employees, and roughly how many devices (laptops, phones, tablets) are being used for work? Even a ballpark is helpful.

Your top one or two pain points

What's frustrating you most right now — or keeping you up at night? Being specific helps us focus on what matters most to your business.

Any recent security incidents or concerns

Phishing attempts, strange account activity, a data breach, or any recent security concerns — anything along those lines is worth mentioning upfront.

Have an urgent need?

If you're dealing with an active security incident or a time-sensitive situation, reach out to us directly at inquiries@handshaketechnologypartners.com and we'll prioritize your request.
