Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, or E3/E5 — if you're not sure, a screenshot of your admin portal works fine.
Rough headcount and device count
How many employees, and roughly how many devices (laptops, phones, tablets) are being used for work? Even a ballpark is helpful.
Your top one or two pain points

Any recent security incidents or concerns
