Ten years ago, I moved to Middle Tennessee and found something I wasn't looking for, a community that felt like home from the start. My family put down roots here and I've never looked back.

Before starting Handshake, I spent 15 years in enterprise IT and security. Real environments, high stakes, the kind of work where you learn what it actually takes to protect and run a modern organization.

When I started thinking about what to build next, the answer was right outside my door. The restaurants, contractors, churches, and small businesses that make this community what it is don't have access to that kind of expertise.
